Job Description
Directly reports to the Managing Director, President / CEO
Shall be responsible in managing the Sales Department and drive the team towards success
Analyze sales data, market trends, and prepare accurate sales forecasts to guide the department’s activities and decision-making

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and key clients to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Analyze and review sales metrics and performance in order to provide insights and recommendations to address sales performance as needed
Understand the current market trends, analyze the customer preference and study the competitor activities to maintain and improve the company’s competitiveness in the Automotive Industry
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing/Management/Administration or equivalent
At least 3 - 5 years of related work experience in the related field
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organization skills
Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure
Dynamic, innovative and solutions-oriented
